There are no cash refunds. No deposit refunds.
If you puppy has a covered health issue we will replace your puppy with a puppy from an up coming litter.
Hold deposits hold your puppy until the pickup date at which time the other half of your deposit is paid. There are no refunds of deposits.
Our puppies are hand delivered or picked up at our location. At no time will any of our puppies ever be in a crate in the bottom of an airplane. You can carry on a puppy and hold it with you on a flight but at no time does he or she leave your possession.
